The invention provides an Al-Cu-Mg series aluminum alloy plate as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the method, alloy raw materials are sequentially subjected to burdening, smelting, component adjustment, melt purification, grain refinement, casting, soaking treatment, rolling and annealing, and the Al-Cu-Mg series aluminum alloy plate can be obtained. According to the invention, by controlling the ingredients in the alloy raw materials: Cu/Mg is more than or equal to 3 and less than 5, the obtained plate has higher yield strength, so that the subsequent processing of the plate is facilitated; meanwhile, the casting speed in the casting process is controlled to be 37-46 mm/min, the cracking tendency of the cast ingot, the loose degree of the core of the cast ingot and the segregation degree of chemical components can be effectively reduced, and the average performance of the cast ingot is improved; and the cooling speed in the soaking treatment is controlled to be 80-200 DEG C/h, so that the cast ingot can be prevented from cracking while the excellent processing performance of the cast ingot is ensured.
本发明提供了一种Al‑Cu‑Mg系铝合金板材及其制备方法和应用。该方法将合金原料依次进行配料、熔炼、成分调整、熔体净化、晶粒细化、铸造、均热处理、轧制和退火,即可得到Al‑Cu‑Mg系铝合金板材。本发明通过控制合金原料中配料成分:3≤Cu/Mg<5,可以使得得到的板材具有较高的屈服强度,从而有利于其后续加工;同时通过控制铸造工艺中的铸造速度为37~46mm/min,可以有效降低铸锭的开裂倾向、铸锭心部的疏松程度和化学成分偏析程度,且使得铸锭的平均性能提高;控制均热处理中的冷却速度为80~200℃/h,在保证铸锭具有优良的加工性能的同时,可以防止铸锭开裂。
