The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, and discloses a variable-amplitude oil cylinder hydraulic control system and a movable arm tower crane, and the variable-amplitude oil cylinder hydraulic control system comprises a variable-amplitude oil cylinder used for driving an arm support to change amplitude so as to execute arm lifting action or arm bending action; the rod cavity locking valve is arranged on a rod cavity working oil path of the variable-amplitude oil cylinder; the rodless cavity locking valve and the electric control locking valve group are arranged in the rodless cavity working oil path in series; wherein the electric control locking valve group comprises a hydraulic control one-way valve and an electromagnetic reversing valve, a pilot control oil way of the hydraulic control one-way valve is hydraulically connected to a rod cavity working oil way, and the electromagnetic reversing valve is arranged in a bypass oil way between the two ends of the hydraulic control one-way valve and used for controlling the bypass oil way to be conducted or cut off in a one-way mode. Hydraulic oil can sequentially pass through the hydraulic control one-way valve and the rodless cavity locking valve to flow to the rodless cavity and is stopped in the reverse direction. On the basis of an original rodless cavity locking valve, the electric control locking valve set is additionally arranged, double hydraulic locking can be achieved, and the safety, reliability and controllability of amplitude variation of the boom are improved.

    本申请涉及工程机械技术领域,公开一种变幅油缸液压控制系统和动臂塔机,变幅油缸液压控制系统包括:变幅油缸,用于驱动臂架变幅以执行抬臂动作或趴臂动作;有杆腔锁止阀,设置在变幅油缸的有杆腔工作油路;无杆腔锁止阀和电控锁止阀组,串联设置在无杆腔工作油路中;其中,电控锁止阀组包括液控单向阀和电磁换向阀,液控单向阀的先导控制油路液压连接至有杆腔工作油路,电磁换向阀设置在液控单向阀两端之间的旁通油路中并用于控制旁通油路导通或单向截止,液压油能够依次通过液控单向阀、无杆腔锁止阀流向无杆腔且反向截止。本申请在原有无杆腔锁止阀的基础上还增设了电控锁止阀组,可实现双重液压锁定,提升臂架变幅的安全可靠性和可控性。
