The invention provides a palisade crane beam system also serving as a ceiling support in an underground powerhouse, which comprises a palisade crane beam fixed on the inner wall of surrounding rock, a horizontal crane support platform arranged at the top of the palisade crane beam, and a ceiling truss support arranged at the top of the palisade crane beam and protruding upwards; the inner side face of the ceiling truss support is a vertical plane perpendicular to the transverse plane where the crane support platform is located, the top face of the ceiling truss support is an inner inclined face, the ceiling truss is fixed to the inner inclined face, and the bridge crane is connected with the crane support platform in a sliding mode. The stability of the surrounding rock of the cavern is improved, the height of a plant is reduced, construction procedures are reduced, the construction period of a project is shortened, and the construction cost of the project is greatly reduced.
