The invention discloses an underground powerhouse rock wall crane beam structure construction method and a structure system. A rock wall is excavated, and an upper row of pre-embedded pull rods, pre-stressed anchor rods, pre-embedded profile steel and a lower row of pre-embedded pull rods are constructed on the rock wall; the upper-row pre-embedded pull rods and the pre-stressed anchor rods are located on the upper vertical face of the rock wall, the pre-embedded profile steel is located on the inclined face of the rock wall, and the lower-row pre-embedded pull rods are located on the lower vertical face of the rock wall; construction of a bottom die and side dies is conducted, the bottom die is located above the lower row of pre-embedded pull rods and fixed, and the side dies are vertically arranged and fixed through the upper row of pre-embedded pull rods and the lower row of pre-embedded pull rods; pre-stressed anchor rods are connected with the side molds after being connected with the rear lap joint anchor rods, channel steel perpendicular to the profile steel in direction is placed on the bottom mold, a reinforcement cage is placed in a space formed by the bottom mold and the side molds, and steel bars are reserved; the rock wall beam is poured and maintained; after the maintenance of the rock wall beam is completed, the side die, the bottom die and other auxiliary mounting frames are dismantled; and the reserved steel bars are connected with steel bars of the constructional column steel, and the constructional column is poured.

    本发明公开了一种地下厂房岩壁吊车梁结构施工方法及结构体系,开挖岩壁,在岩壁上施作上排预埋拉杆、预应力锚杆、预埋型钢和下排预埋拉杆;上排预埋拉杆、预应力锚杆位于岩壁的上竖直面上,预埋型钢位于岩壁的斜面上,下排预埋拉杆位于岩壁的下竖直面上;进行底模和侧模的施工,其中底模位于下排预埋拉杆上方并固定,侧模竖直设置且通过位于上排预埋拉杆和下排预埋拉杆固定;将预应力锚杆与通过后搭接锚杆连接后与侧模相连,在底模上放置与型钢方向垂直的槽钢,在底模和侧模形成的空间内放置钢筋笼,并预留钢筋;浇筑岩壁梁并养护;待岩壁梁养护完成后,拆除侧模、底模以及其他辅助安装架;将预留的钢筋与构造柱钢的钢筋相连,浇筑构造柱。
