The invention provides a vacuum pipeline maglev traffic system maintenance method, which comprises the following steps of: before the system runs, carrying out daily routine maintenance on the system, and running the system under the condition that the system state is normal; in the system operation process, the system state is monitored in real time, and the current state of the system is determined; when the current state of the system is that a fault is about to occur, judging whether the current moment is matched with the planned maintenance time or not, if so, performing preventive maintenance on the system based on the planned maintenance time, and otherwise, additionally arranging time except the planned maintenance time for performing preventive maintenance; and when the current state of the system is that a fault has occurred, whether the fault endanger the safety of passengers is judged, if yes, the system stops running immediately and carries out fault maintenance, and if not, the system continues to run until the system returns to the warehouse and then carries out fault maintenance. The technical problem that an overhauling method in the prior art cannot be suitable for a vacuum pipeline magnetic levitation traffic system can be solved.

    本发明提供了一种真空管道磁浮交通系统检修方法,所述方法包括:在系统运行之前,对系统进行日常例行检修,并在系统状态正常的情况下运行系统;在系统运行过程中,对系统状态进行实时监测,并确定系统当前状态;在系统当前状态为即将发生故障的情况下,判断当前时刻是否与计划维修时间相匹配,若是,基于计划维修时间对系统进行预防性维修,否则在计划维修时间之外额外安排时间进行预防性维修;在系统当前状态为已经发生故障的情况下,判断已经发生故障是否危及乘客安全,若是,系统立刻停止运行并进行故障维修,否则,系统继续运行直至返库后再进行故障维修。本发明能够解决现有技术中检修方法无法适用于真空管道磁浮交通系统的技术问题。
