The method comprises the steps that S100, related state information of a fault train is monitored in real time; s102, obtaining an identifier of a fault train and an identifier of a track section where the fault train is located; s104, sending an identifier of the track section where the fault train is located, a gate valve falling instruction and a re-pressing instruction; s106, the corresponding track section is controlled to execute gate valve falling operation and re-pressing operation; s108, whether gate valve falling and re-pressing operation is completed or not is judged, if yes, the step S110 is executed, and if not, the step S100 is executed again; s110, sending an identifier of the fault train and a passenger clearing processing instruction; s112, the corresponding fault train is controlled to send out passenger clearing prompt information; s114, a vacuumizing instruction and a gate valve lifting instruction are sent; s116, vacuumizing operation and gate valve lifting operation are executed; s118, whether vacuumizing and gate valve lifting operation are completed or not is judged, if yes, the step S120 is executed, and if not, the step S100 is executed again; s120, a train operation control instruction is sent; and S122, the train is controlled to run to exit from the main line.
