The invention discloses a range extender power generation method based on residual electric quantity following of a power battery, and belongs to the field of new energy automobiles. The invention aims to solve the problems of large size, high cost, low oil-electricity conversion efficiency and the like of a range extender product caused by extremely mismatching between the rated output power of a vehicle-mounted range extender and the energy consumption of the whole vehicle in the current range-extending automobile. In order to solve the problem, the power output of the range extender is adjusted in real time by combining the hundred-kilometer power consumption and the battery capacity of the whole vehicle, taking the charging power required by the power battery as the unique source of the power generation power request of the range extender, and monitoring and following the residual electric quantity state of the power battery in real time; and real-time energy consumption during vehicle operation is balanced in an energy passive circulation mode. The main purpose of the invention is to reduce the power demand of the carried range extender under the same vehicle type, so that the volume of the applied product is reduced, and the overall performance is improved while the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于动力电池剩余电量跟随的増程器发电方法,属于新能源汽车领域。该发明旨在解决当下增程式汽车中,车载增程器额定输出功率与整车能耗极度不匹配从而导致的増程器产品体积大、成本高、油电转换效率低等问题。为解决此问题,本发明方法通过结合整车百公里耗电量及电池容量大小,通过以动力电池需求充电功率为増程器发电功率请求的唯一来源,并实时监测且跟随动力电池剩余电量状态,以实时调整増程器的功率输出,再通过能量被动流转的方式去平衡车辆运行时的实时能量消耗。该发明创造的主要用途是让所搭载増程器在同等车型下的功率需求降低,使得应用的产品体积得以减小,进而让成本得到下降的同时又提升了整体性能。
