The battery pack comprises a lower-layer module structure, an upper-layer module structure, modules, same-layer connecting copper bars and cross-layer connecting copper bars, the lower-layer module structure is divided into three areas, namely a first area, a second area and a third area, for placing modules by a middle cross beam and a middle longitudinal beam; the first area is located on one side of the middle cross beam, and the second area and the third area are located on the other side of the middle cross beam and located on the two sides of the middle longitudinal beam respectively. The upper-layer module structure is divided into two areas, namely a fourth area and a fifth area, for placing the module through a side cross beam; the module connection sequence among the areas is as follows: the first area, the second area, the fifth area, the third area and the fourth area; wherein the first area and the second area are connected through the same-layer connecting copper bars; the second area and the fifth area, the fifth area and the third area, the third area and the fourth area, and the fourth area and the first area are connected through cross-layer connecting copper bars, and a module close to the BDU in position in the fourth area is connected back to the positive electrode of the BDU in the first area through a cross-layer connecting copper bar.
