The invention discloses a conflict risk assessment method for a non-cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle invading a cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: collecting the real trajectory data of a plurality of types of unmanned aerial vehicles, and generating a trajectory time sequence slice; according to prediction information of the non-cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle and the cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle at a certain moment in the future and a set protection area range, conflict identification is carried out; performing analog simulation on the point pair combinations with conflicts to generate Monte Carlo simulation samples; assessing the possibility and severity of the dangerous behavior that the non-cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle invades the cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle, determining a risk assessment index and performing rating; and performing conflict risk assessment and grade calculation on the scene in which the non-cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle invades the cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle. According to the method, risk assessment can be carried out on the conflict scene of the non-cooperative unmanned aerial vehicle and the single unmanned aerial vehicle, and the conflict risk level is quantified, so that more accurate alarm information is provided.
