The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle-mounted Sabort laser radar system for seawater chlorophyll detection, which comprises a rotary isolation platform arranged on an unmanned aerial vehicle, and a laser emitting device and a receiving device which are arranged on the rotary isolation platform, and is characterized in that the laser emitting device comprises a continuous wave diode laser for emitting ultraviolet band laser; the receiving device is used for receiving back scattering intensity signals generated by excitation after chlorophyll in detected seawater is irradiated by laser, and comprises a telescope and a photoelectric sensor; the laser emitting device and the receiving device meet the following relations: the light sensing surface of the photoelectric sensor, the plane where the lens of the telescope is located and laser beams emitted by the laser emitting device are intersected on the same straight line, and the optical axis of the lens of the telescope and the laser beams emitted by the laser emitting device are intersected in a measured seawater area based on the Sabort imaging principle; the rotary isolation platform is used for driving the laser emitting device and the laser receiving device, so that the laser emitting device emits laser beams to the measured seawater within a preset angle range.
