The image acquisition module is used for shooting a water surface image of a river channel, the image recognition module is used for preprocessing the water surface image and extracting feature information, a flow prediction model is preset in the control module, and the flow of the river channel can be predicted according to the feature information. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle video flow measurement device based on image recognition, feature points such as water ripples in the video can be recognized through the image recognition module, the texture map of the feature points is obtained by extracting the video frame by frame, and then the flow velocity of water flow can be obtained by calculating the gradient of the texture map. And the flow of the river channel can be calculated by combining information such as the width and the depth of the river channel.

    发明公开了一种基于图像识别的无人机视频测流装置,涉及江河水流监测技术领域,包括无人机本体,无人机本体上设置有图像采集模块、图像识别模块和控制模块,且无人机本体、图像采集模块、图像识别模块和控制模块之间电连接,图像采集模块用于拍摄河道的水面影像,图像识别模块用于对水面影像进行预处理并提取特征信息,控制模块内预置有流量预测模型,能够根据特征信息预测出河道的流量。本发明提出的一种基于图像识别的无人机视频测流装置,利用图像识别模块能够识别出视频中的水波纹等特征点,并通过对视频逐帧提取得到特征点的纹理图,然后计算出纹理图的梯度即可得到水流的流速,再结合河道宽度、深度等信息即可以计算得到河道的流量。
