The invention discloses a crane rail clamping prevention detection device which comprises a ground rail and a crane, a shell is arranged at the lower end of the crane, and rolling wheels are arranged in the shell. A rectangular groove is formed in the shell, a transverse groove is formed in the rectangular groove, cylindrical grooves are formed in the transverse groove, a rotating shaft is arranged between the two cylindrical grooves, a rotating block is arranged on the rotating shaft, and longitudinal rods are hinged to the left end and the right end of the rotating block respectively; fixing shafts are arranged at the outer side ends of the convex blocks, cross rods are arranged on the fixing shafts, vibration devices are arranged on the cross rods, and the vibration devices drive the cross rods to move left and right; a trigger device is arranged at the position, away from the open end of the rectangular groove, of the transverse groove and connected with the driving device through a circuit, and when the protruding block slides in the transverse groove, the vibration device drives the transverse rod to move left and right without starting the trigger device. When the protruding block rotates in the cylindrical groove, the transverse rod does not move left and right any more, the triggering device is started, the driving device drives the crane to move reversely, and the problems that when the crane runs on a ground rail, foreign matter cannot be detected in advance, and obstacles are prone to being clamped are solved.

    本发明公开了一种起重机防夹轨检测装置,包括地轨,起重机,起重机下端有壳体,壳体内有滚轮;壳体上有矩形槽,矩形槽上开有横槽,横槽上开有圆柱槽,两圆柱槽之间有转轴,转轴上有转动块,转动块的左右两端分别铰接有一个纵杆;转轴两端有凸块,凸块外侧端有固定轴,固定轴上有横杆,横杆上有振动装置,振动装置带动横杆左右移动;横槽远离矩形槽开口端的位置设有触发装置,触发装置经电路连接驱动装置,凸块在横槽内滑动时,振动装置带动横杆左右移动不会启动触发装置;凸块在圆柱槽内转动时,横杆不再左右移动且启动触发装置,使驱动装置带动起重机反向移动,该发明解决起重机在地轨上运行不能预先检测异物以及容易夹住障碍物的问题。
