The outer side of the other arm of the U-shaped groove overturning block locks a nail head of the locking screw through the locking nut, a lifting hole is formed in the groove bottom of the U-shaped groove overturning block, the movable lifting ring is of a C-shaped structure, the two ends of the opening portion of the movable lifting ring are each provided with a through hole matched with the lifting hole, and the through holes in the two ends of the movable lifting ring are matched with the lifting hole.
