And the upward opening door is lifted upwards, the check block abuts against the crank sliding block mechanism, the turnover assembly is driven through the transmission mechanism, and rotation of the turnover plate is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the overturning plate is installed on the construction elevator, the gap problem of floors where the elevator reaches is solved, therefore, it is not needed to install an overhanging platform on each floor, materials and manpower are saved, and the overturning plate is especially beneficial to super high-rise buildings.
本发明涉及一种施工电梯用翻板装置,安装于施工电梯轿厢开门处,包括:上开门,上开门两侧对称设有挡块;曲柄滑块机构,对称安装在施工电梯轿厢侧面板上;翻板机构,包括对称安装在在施工电梯轿厢侧面板上翻转组件,以及与翻转机构转动连接的翻板;传动机构,包括与曲柄滑块机构传动连接的圆盘夹层齿轮和与翻转组件传动连接的双联齿轮;圆盘夹层齿轮和双联齿轮之间设有用于连接二者的传送带;上开门向上抬升,挡块与曲柄滑块机构抵接,通过传动机构带动翻转组件,实现翻板的转动。与现有技术相比,本发明通过翻板安装在施工电梯上,解决该部电梯所到达楼层的间隙问题,从而不需要在每一层安装悬挑平台,节省了材料及人力,尤对超高层建筑有利。
