According to the invention, the walking stability of the robot on the cable is improved, the stability and accuracy of flaw detection are ensured, the flaw detection efficiency is improved, the robot adapts to cables with different diameters and intervals, and comprehensive assessment of the health condition of the cable is realized.

    本发明涉及输电线路探伤技术领域,特别是基于无人机的输电线路探伤机器人,包括框架,框架内部上端固设有连接块,框架顶面固设有挂环,框架外壁通过安装座安装有两个摄像头模块,两个摄像头模块呈中心对称结构,框架上端安装有检测组件,检测组件上设有X射线发射与接收模块,X射线发射与接收模块侧壁安装有红外热成像模块,框架下端转动连接有连轴,框架下端外壁通过安装座安装有第三正反转电机,第三正反转电机的输出轴与连轴同轴连接,连轴上固设有成像组件。本发明提高了机器人在电缆线上行走的稳定性,确保了探伤的稳定性和精准性,提高了探伤效率,适应了不同直径和间距的电缆线,实现了对电缆健康状况的全面评估。
