The invention discloses a blockade orbit optimization method based on a reachable domain, and belongs to the technical field of spaceflight. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a blockade time-varying reachable domain of a given orbit according to the initial state of a blockade and the mobility of the blockade; according to the time-varying reachable domain of the blocker for constructing the given orbit, the blocker intercepts the escape orbit in the reachable domain; and collecting the interception capability of the blockade for intercepting the escaped orbits in the reachable area, obtaining evaluation indexes, and obtaining an optimal blocked orbit. According to the method, the path for cutting off the escapes to the key area is formulated by analyzing the task execution ability of the blockade and the dominant area/dominant phase of the escapes.
