The embedded sandwich part is arranged in the control surface part, so that the cementing area between foam and the skin is increased, the load bearing capacity is improved, the embedded sandwich part comprises the embedded material skin and the embedded foam sandwich, a supporting structure for the composite material skin is more stable, and the lightweight design of the control surface can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机用泡沫夹芯复合材料舵面结构及其制造方法,包括舵面部和预埋夹芯部,预埋夹芯部设置在舵面部内,用于支撑舵面部;舵面部包括复合材料蒙皮,复合材料蒙皮内填充泡沫夹芯,预埋夹芯部设置在泡沫夹芯内,复合材料蒙皮覆盖预埋夹芯部;预埋夹芯部包括预埋材料蒙皮,预埋材料蒙皮内填充预埋泡沫夹芯,预埋材料蒙皮至少部分区域与复合材料蒙皮和/或泡沫夹芯胶结。本发明通过在舵面部内设置预埋夹芯部增加了泡沫与蒙皮之间的胶结面积,增加了承载载荷的能力,预埋夹芯部为预埋材料蒙皮和预埋泡沫夹芯,增加了对复合材料蒙皮的支撑结构更加稳定,并且能够实现舵面的轻量化设计。
