Therefore, when the unmanned aerial vehicle is used, the self weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle can greatly influence the cruising ability and the using effect, and in order to avoid the situation that the cruising ability of the unmanned aerial vehicle is influenced by the weight of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a novel material needs to be used for a force bearing component of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the effects of reducing the weight and saving the cost are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机薄蒙皮低密度蜂窝夹层复合材料结构,包括外蒙皮、预浸料、胶膜、内蒙皮和低密度蜂窝,所述胶膜位于低密度蜂窝的外侧,所述预浸料位于胶膜的外侧。本发明通过设置外蒙皮、预浸料、胶膜、内蒙皮和低密度蜂窝配合,可以用于无人机的承力部件,对使用的无人机减重显著,解决了现有的无人机在使用中采用高密度金属承力部件,但由于无人机整体小,所能携带的能源更少,这导致无人机在使用中,其自身重量会更大的影响到续航能力和使用效果,为避免无人机的重量影响到无人机的续航能力,就需要采用新型材料用于无人机的承力部件的问题,达到了减重节省成本的效果。
