The invention relates to the technical field of non-damage detection, and provides a steel rail breakage detection method and system.The method comprises the steps that an original excitation signal is generated, phase encoding is conducted on the original excitation signal, and an encoded excitation signal is obtained; converting the coded excitation signal from an electric signal into a sound wave, coupling the sound wave to a steel rail and spreading the sound wave along the steel rail; receiving the sound wave at the first position, generating a first guided wave signal, preprocessing the first guided wave signal, and determining a track environment adaptive matching filter according to the preprocessed first guided wave signal; receiving the sound wave of the second position, generating a second guided wave signal, performing matched filtering on the second guided wave signal by using a track environment adaptive matched filter to obtain a steel rail detection signal, and detecting whether the steel rail is broken or not according to the steel rail detection signal. The steel rail detection distance is effectively increased, the labor cost and the equipment cost are reduced, and the adverse effect of the rail environment on broken rail detection through guided wave signals is effectively reduced.

    本公开涉及无损伤检测技术领域,提供了一种钢轨断轨检测方法和系统,所述方法包括生成原始激励信号,并对原始激励信号进行相位编码,得到编码激励信号;将编码激励信号由电信号转换为声波,并耦合至钢轨,使声波沿钢轨传播;接收第一位置的声波,生成第一导波信号,对第一导波信号进行预处理,根据预处理后的第一导波信号,确定轨道环境自适应匹配滤波器;接收第二位置的声波,生成第二导波信号,使用轨道环境自适应匹配滤波器对第二导波信号进行匹配滤波,得到钢轨检测信号,根据钢轨检测信号,检测钢轨是否出现断裂。有效的提升了钢轨检测的距离,减少了人工成本和设备成本,有效的降低了轨道环境对使用导波信号进行断轨检测的不利影响。
