The invention provides a power module heat dissipation structure and a vehicle-mounted charger using the same, and the power module heat dissipation structure comprises a water channel pedestal which is connected to a vehicle-mounted charger housing; the first three-dimensional water channel and the second three-dimensional water channel are arranged on the water channel base at intervals; the middle water channel is connected between the first three-dimensional water channel and the second three-dimensional water channel; the water channel base, the first three-dimensional water channel, the middle water channel and the second three-dimensional water channel define a heat dissipation containing cavity. The at least one magnetic device is mounted in the heat dissipation accommodating cavity; and the at least one power module is arranged on the outer wall of the first three-dimensional water channel and/or the second three-dimensional water channel. The power module heat dissipation structure provided by the invention is compact in layout, and the space for installing the power module, the magnetic device and the water channel in the shell is saved. The circuit connection layout of the power module and the magnetic device is simplified, rapid assembly of the charger is realized, and the power module and the magnetic device are convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain. The three-dimensional water channel is used for cooling the magnetic device in the heat dissipation cavity and the power module on the outer wall of the water channel, and the heat dissipation effect is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种功率模块散热结构及应用其的车载充电机,其中功率模块散热结构包括水道底座,连接于车载充电机壳体;第一立体水道和第二立体水道,间隔设于水道底座;中间水道,连接于第一立体水道和第二立体水道间;水道底座、第一立体水道、中间水道和第二立体水道间围成散热容腔;至少一磁器件,安装于散热容腔中;至少一功率模块,安装于第一立体水道和/或第二立体水道外壁。本发明提供的功率模块散热结构布局紧凑,节省机壳内用于安装功率模块、磁器件和水道的空间。简化功率模块和磁器件的电路连接布局,实现充电机快速装配并方便功率模块和磁器件拆装维护。通过立体水道分别对散热容腔中磁器件和水道外壁上的功率模块散热,保证散热效果。
