And the installation space required by the power device can be reduced.
本发明提供了一种功率器件的液冷散热装置及车载充电机,其中液冷散热装置包括依次层叠设置的电路板、功率器件以及散热组件,功率器件一侧通过其上的引脚与电路板连接,功率器件另一侧安装在散热组件的散热面上;本发明采用将功率器件直接安装在散热组件的散热面上,与现有技术相比,本发明减少了铝基板等中间传热层级,降低接触热阻,从而提高散热性能,同时由于不使用铝基板,而无需使用额外的压条压紧铝基板,不仅降低了安装的复杂程度,还能减少功率器件所需的安装空间。
