A method for managing a set of restricted artificial intelligence (AI) agents, the restricted artificial intelligence agents for at least partially autonomous driving, the method comprising: (i) obtaining, by prediction circuitry, a stream of metadata fragments generated at a plurality of points in time and associated with a selection of one or more subgroups of the set of restricted AI agents; wherein the metadata segment is selected from (a) a selected narrowly-defined AI proxy identifier, and (b) a plurality of multi-domain identifiers representing a plurality of instances of multi-domain information relating to the plurality of points in time regarding the vehicle element; wherein the multi-domain identifier generated at a given time point in the plurality of time points is a combination of class signatures, and the combination of class signatures represents classes of elements of the multi-domain information associated with the given time point; (ii) finding, by prediction circuitry, a segment of the stream, the segment of the stream being a predicted value for receiving a next cluster identifier at a future point in time; and (iii) when the predicted value is found, automatically predicting at least one of (c) a future metadata segment to be received during the future time point, or (d) a future subset of narrowly-defined AI agents selected at the future time point.
