The cooling medium heat exchange grating, the cooling medium storage device, the fuel cell and the master control system are all arranged in the fuselage; the cooling medium storage device is communicated with the cooling medium heat exchange grating; the cooling medium heat exchange grid is arranged at a gas outlet of the fuel cell; the master control system is connected with the fuel cell; the general control system is used for controlling the supply quantity of a cooling medium in the cooling medium storage device and regulating the temperature of tail gas at the gas outlet of the fuel cell by adopting the cooling medium heat exchange grating; the cooling medium is mixed with the tail gas at the gas outlet of the unmanned aerial vehicle fuel cell and then discharged, the temperature difference between the wake flow temperature of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the environment temperature can be reduced, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be prevented from being detected by infrared rays.
