The invention discloses a mounting method for an air guide sleeve of a full-revolving propeller of an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) filling ship, which specifically comprises the following steps of: S1, performing allowance processing on double-curved-surface plates, marking an allowance line on each double-curved-surface plate, and performing allowance cutting on the double-curved-surface plates according to the marking of the allowance lines; s2, forming a complete flow guide cover by the double-curved-surface plates after margin cutting, and marking three-dimensional coordinates at the connecting end points of the top edges of the curved-surface plates on the flow guide cover and the outer plate; determining a measurement coordinate system according to the center line of the ship body and the base line of the ship body, and determining three-dimensional coordinates, connected with the air guide cover, on the ship body outer plate under the measurement coordinate system through a total station; and S3, according to the three-dimensional coordinates determined on the fairing and the hull outer plate, the fairing is installed on the hull outer plate, and installation of the fairing is completed. According to the method, allowance cutting is conducted on the double-curved-surface plate, the installation position of the fairing is positioned through the total station, the installation position of the fairing is accurately controlled through the reference plane function of the total station, and finally accurate installation of the fairing is guaranteed.
