The invention relates to a miniaturized full-revolving propeller for a ship dynamic positioning model test. The miniaturized full-revolving propeller comprises a rotary base installed in a cabin, a rotary shaft penetrating through the rotary base is rotationally installed, the end, located on one side of the rotary base, of the rotary shaft is sleeved with a worm wheel, the end, located on the other side of the rotary base, of the rotary shaft is fixedly connected with a connecting rod, and a propelling mechanism is fixedly installed at the end part of the connecting rod; a worm is meshed withthe worm wheel, one end of the worm is connected with a servo motor through a shaft coupling I, and the other end of the worm is connected with an encoder through a shaft coupling II; and the miniaturized full-revolving propeller further comprises a cable, and after the cable sequentially penetrates through the rotary shaft and the axial center of the connecting rod, the end part of the cable isconnected with the propelling mechanism. Axial propelling force control and circumferential 360-DEG rotation control of the propeller in the propelling mechanism are achieved, the size is small, and test requirements for installation, propelling force, power positioning and the like in a ship model in a model test pool are met.
