The invention provides an automatic parking control method and system for a loading machine. The automatic parking control method comprises a driving working condition, a parking unloading working condition and an automatic parking releasing working condition according to the driving process of the loading machine. The running state of a current vehicle is comprehensively judged according to the rotating speed of an engine, the action angle of a pedal, the rotating speed of wheels, a gear signal, a pressure signal of an air cylinder and a pressure signal of a brake caliper oil cylinder, and control methods under different working conditions are executed. The system comprises an air cylinder, brake caliper oil cylinders arranged at the wheel ends of a front axle and a rear axle, two booster pumps connected with the brake caliper oil cylinders of the front axle and the rear axle respectively, a controller and a control valve set. Accurate control and state judgment are achieved, the judgment process is rapid, the braking work intensity of a driver can be reduced to the maximum extent, the driving comfort is improved, and the work efficiency is further improved.

    本发明提供了一种装载机自动驻车控制方法及系统,根据装载机行车过程分为行驶工况、驻车卸料工况以及解除自动驻车工况;通过对发动机转速、踏板动作角度、车轮转速、挡位信号、储气筒压力信号以及制动卡钳油缸压力信号综合判断当前车辆的行驶状态,并执行不同工况下的控制方法;系统包括储气筒、设置在前后桥车轮端的制动卡钳油缸、分别与前后车桥制动卡钳油缸连接的两个加力泵、控制器以及控制阀组;实现精准控制和状态判断,判断过程快速,能够最大程度减少驾驶员的制动工作强度,提升驾驶舒适性,进一步提高工作效率。
