The invention discloses a wet parking brake system for a wheel loader, and belongs to the technical field of wet parking brake systems. An oil inlet P of a manual control valve is communicated with anoil outlet of a variable-speed pump on a hydraulic torque converter of the loader, an oil return port T of the manual control valve is communicated with an oil return port of a gearbox on the loader,and an oil outlet A of the manual control valve is respectively communicated with an oil outlet of the manual pump and a central wet-type parking brake; a one-way valve is mounted in an oil passage from the oil outlet A of the manual control valve to the oil outlet of the manual pump; and an oil suction port of the manual pump is communicated with an oil outlet of a gearbox on the loader. Elements such as a double pump and an overflow valve do not need to be adopted, the structure is simpler and more reliable, the occupied whole machine space is small, and whole machine arrangement is facilitated; heat generated by the central wet-type parking brake can be dissipated by means of a transmission oil radiator of the wheel loader, a heat dissipation system does not need to be additionally arranged, the structure is simplified, the system cost is low, and therefore the market competitiveness of the whole machine is greatly improved.
本发明公布一种轮式装载机用湿式驻车制动系统,属于湿式驻车制动系统技术领域。手动控制阀的进油口P口与装载机液力变矩器上的变速泵出油口连通,手动控制阀的回油口T口与装载机上的变速箱回油口连通,手动控制阀的出油口A口分别与手动泵出油口、中央湿式驻车制动器连通;手动控制阀的出油口A口至手动泵出油口的油道中安装有单向阀;手动泵的吸油口与装载机上的变速箱出油口连通。本发明无需采用双联泵和溢流阀等元件,结构更加简单可靠,占用整机空间小,方便整机布置;中央湿式驻车制动器所产生的热量会借助于轮式装载机传动油散热器进行散热,无需额外增加散热系统,结构简化,系统成本较低,从而大大提高了整机的市场竞争力。
