When the method is executed, the minimum monomer voltage and the minimum monomer temperature of the power battery are collected firstly, and then a pre-undervoltage power limit coefficient is obtained by looking up a table according to the minimum monomer voltage and the minimum monomer temperature of the power battery; if the number of times that the pre-undervoltage limited power coefficient is less than the pre-undervoltage coefficient threshold is greater than a second pre-undervoltage number threshold, judging whether the ratio SOC of the real residual electric quantity of the power battery to the total capacity of the power battery is within a preset SOC range; if yes, the discharge power and the display SOC of the power battery are adjusted to be 0; and if not, adjusting the discharge power of the power battery to be 0. Therefore, the pre-undervoltage power control of the power battery can be realized, so that the working stability of the power battery is ensured.
