In the embodiment of the invention, the DCDC output voltage of the storage battery is reasonably adjusted according to the determined state of the storage battery, so that the extra energy loss of the storage battery is reduced and the charging efficiency of the storage battery is improved while low-voltage charging and distribution of the vehicle are protected.
