A flight support system is provided with: a wind regime collection unit that analyzes future wind regimes on the basis of wind regimes collected by a wind regime detection device, and generates wind regime information including time information, position information, and future wind regimes corresponding to the position information; a flight path storage unit that stores path information in which the departure point information, the arrival point information, and a preset flight path are associated; and an optimization processing unit that optimizes a flight plan of the flight body on the basis of flight information including the arrival point information, the wind condition information, and the route information stored in the flight route storage unit, the optimization processing unit optimizes the flight plan of the flight body on the basis of the wind condition information and the route information, and optimizes the flight plan of the flight body on the basis of the wind condition information and the route information. The control unit determines a flight order pattern indicating a flight order for traveling at a location of the arrival location corresponding to the flight information, changes the start time of the flight of the flight order pattern, and uses an optimization index based on the flight order pattern, the wind condition information, and the route information. The flight plan including the start time and the flight sequence pattern is optimized.

    飞行支援系统具备:风况收集部,根据风况检测装置收集的风况,解析将来的所述风况,生成包括时刻信息、位置信息以及与所述位置信息对应的将来的所述风况的风况信息;飞行路径存储部,存储将出发地点信息、到达地点信息以及预先设定的飞行路径对应起来的路径信息;以及最佳化处理部,根据包括所述到达地点信息的飞行信息、所述风况信息以及所述飞行路径存储部存储的所述路径信息,使所述飞行体的飞行计划最佳化,所述最佳化处理部根据所述风况信息和所述路径信息,决定表示在与所述飞行信息对应的所述到达地点的场所巡回的飞行顺序的飞行顺序图案,变更所述飞行顺序图案的飞行的开始时刻,利用基于所述飞行顺序图案、所述风况信息以及所述路径信息的最佳化指标,使包括所述开始时刻以及所述飞行顺序图案的所述飞行计划最佳化。
