The invention provides an electrified railway regenerative braking energy utilization device and system and a control method.The device is installed in a section post between two traction substations and comprises a connection transformer, an AC-DC-AC converter, a DC/DC converter, a hybrid energy storage device, an energy manager and a control protector; the connection transformer is connected with the AC-DC-AC converter, the hybrid energy storage device is connected to a DC bus of the AC-DC-AC converter through the DC/DC converter, the signal input end of the energy manager is connected with an electric energy metering point of a traction substation, the signal input end of the control protector is connected with the output end of the energy manager, and the signal output end of the control protector is connected with the output end of the energy manager. The signal output end of the control protector is connected with the AC-DC-AC converter and the DC/DC converter, the regenerative braking energy is utilized in the two dimensions of time and space, and the utilization rate of the regenerative braking energy is increased.

    本发明提出一种电气化铁路再生制动能量利用装置、系统及控制方法,所述装置安装于两个牵引变电所之间的分区所,包括:连接变压器,AC‑DC‑AC变流器,DC/DC变流器,混合储能装置,能量管理器和控制保护器;所述连接变压器连接AC‑DC‑AC变流器,所述混合储能装置通过DC/DC变流器接入AC‑DC‑AC变流器的直流母线,所述能量管理器的信号输入端连接牵引变电所的电能计量点,所述控制保护器的信号输入端连接能量管理器的输出端,所述控制保护器的信号输出端分别连接AC‑DC‑AC变流器和DC/DC变流器,实现了再生制动能量在时间和空间两个维度的利用,提高了再生制动能量利用率。
