The invention provides an overload detection method for an aerial work platform. The overload detection method comprises the following steps that the operation state of the aerial work platform is judged; if the work platform is in the descending state, a calibration curve corresponding to the descending state of the work platform is obtained, and the calibration curve comprises a descending calibration curve and a lifting calibration curve; the current height and the current oil cylinder pressure of the working platform are obtained; and according to the calibration curve, the current height and the current oil cylinder pressure, whether the working platform is overloaded or not is judged. According to the method, overload detection can be carried out on the descending state of the working platform, when overload is detected, an operator can be reminded in time by sending out alarm information, or the working platform is braked, and the risks of cylinder explosion and the like caused by too large oil cylinder pressure when the working platform is in the descending state are prevented.

    本发明提供了一种高空作业平台的超载检测方法,包括以下步骤:判断作业平台的运行状态;如果所述作业平台处于下降状态,则获取所述作业平台下降状态所对应的标定曲线,所述标定曲线包括下降标定曲线和举升标定曲线;获取所述作业平台的当前高度和当前油缸压力;根据所述标定曲线、所述当前高度和所述当前油缸压力,判断所述作业平台当前是否超载。本方法可以对作业平台的下降状态进行超载检测,当检测出超载时,可以通过发出报警信息及时提醒作业人员,或者对作业平台进行制动处理,防止作业平台在下降状态时油缸压力过大而导致爆缸等风险。
