The arm support driving assembly is in dynamic coupling connection with the XY pin shaft sensor so as to drive the scissor-fork type arm support assembly to synchronously ascend and descend; the input end of the overload monitoring module is connected with the XY pin shaft sensor, and the output end is connected with the main controller; the overload monitoring module judges whether the real-time bearing weight exceeds a force limit threshold value or not according to the data information output by the XY pin shaft sensor and the preset corresponding relation between the bearing weight of the aerial work platform and the data information; the main controller controls the arm support driving assembly to perform corresponding operation based on the judgment result; the data information comprises radial force acting on the XY pin shaft sensor and an included angle between the radial force and the x direction. According to the invention, real-time effective monitoring of the load capacity of the whole vehicle can be realized.
