The invention belongs to the technical field of vertical descending carrying device manufacturing, and particularly relates to a high-altitude automatic vertical descending carrying device which comprises a cuboid support with uniform mass distribution, two parallel rotating shafts are rotationally arranged on the support, and the two rotating shafts are both parallel to the upper surface of the support. The two rotating shafts are symmetrical about a plane which passes through the geometric center of the support and is parallel to the upper surface of the support, the two ends of each rotating shaft are each coaxially and fixedly provided with a belt wheel, the four belt wheels are identical in shape and size, and the circumferential face of each belt wheel is fixedly connected with one end of a lifting belt. A driving mechanism for driving the two rotating shafts to synchronously rotate in the same direction is arranged on the bracket; the problem how to ensure that articles can be conveniently placed in the container and the container can be kept to ascend horizontally is solved.
