The invention discloses self-track-laying type eccentric wheel carrying equipment and an operation method, and belongs to the technical field of carrying equipment. The problems that an existing electric maglev automobile needs to be subjected to independent track laying, the whole automobile cost is high, and feasibility is poor are solved. The operation method comprises the following steps that 1, when a long shaft of an eccentric wheel of at least one carrying unit rotates to make contact with the ground, the carrying unit carries the carrier; when the short shaft of the eccentric wheel of at least one of the other carrying units rotates to face the ground, the carrying units track in the movement direction; 2, when the carrying unit and the eccentric wheel in the step 1 further move in the movement direction, the carrying unit for bearing is converted into track laying, and the carrying unit for track laying is converted into bearing; and the step 1 and the step 2 are cyclically carried out, and self-track-laying operation of the carrying equipment is achieved. The long shaft and the short shaft of the eccentric wheel alternately face the ground, alternation of bearing and track laying is automatically completed, and self-track-laying operation is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种自铺轨式偏心轮运载装备及运行方法,属于运载装备技术领域。本发明解决了现有电动磁悬浮汽车需要单独铺轨、整车成本高且可行性较差的问题。本发明的运行方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:当至少一个运载单元的偏心轮的长轴转动至与地面接触时,该运载单元承载;另外至少一个运载单元的偏心轮的短轴转动至朝向地面时,该运载单元沿运动方向铺轨;步骤2:当步骤1中的运载单元和偏心轮沿运动方向进一步运动时,承载的运载单元将转变为铺轨,铺轨的运载单元将转变为承载;步骤1和步骤2循环进行,实现运载装备自铺轨运行。本发明通过偏心轮的长轴和短轴交替朝向地面,自动完成承载和铺轨的交替,实现自铺轨运行。
