The invention relates to the technical field of underwater robot manipulators, in particular to an underwater robot operation grabbing manipulator and an operation method thereof. The manipulator comprises a mounting block, the bottom of the mounting block is connected with a plurality of clamping jaws through an adjusting structure, and a target object is grabbed through cooperation of the clamping jaws; the number of the clamping jaws is not less than three; the adjusting structure comprises an adjusting plate, a clamping motor and a screw rod; a plurality of rotating grooves are formed in the peripheral side wall of the adjusting plate at equal intervals, and one end of each clamping jaw is rotationally connected into the corresponding rotating groove; the middles of the clamping jaws are rotationally connected with the mounting block through connecting rods, and the connecting rods are fixed to the peripheral side wall of the mounting block at equal intervals. The clamping motor is arranged in a motor groove formed in the bottom of the mounting block, the output end of the clamping motor is coaxially fixed to one end of the screw rod, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the adjusting plate. According to the underwater target grabbing device, efficient and stable grabbing of underwater targets is achieved, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及水下机器人机械手技术领域,具体为一种水下机器人作业抓取机械手及其操作方法;所述机械手包括:安装块,所述安装块底部通过调节结构与多个夹爪连接,通过多个所述夹爪的配合对目标物进行抓取;所述夹爪的数量不少于三个;所述调节结构包括:调节板,夹持电机,螺杆;所述调节板周侧壁上等距开设有多个转动槽,所述夹爪一端转动连接于所述转动槽中;所述夹爪中部通过连接杆与所述安装块转动连接,所述连接杆等距固定于所述安装块外周侧壁;所述夹持电机设置于所述安装块底部开设的电机槽中,所述夹持电机的输出端与所述螺杆一端同轴固定,所述螺杆与所述调节板螺纹连接。本发明实现了对水下目标物的高效、稳定抓取,提高了作业效率。
