The invention provides a multi-pack parallel battery system architecture of an electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft and a control method thereof, the multi-pack parallel battery system architecture comprises a multi-battery pack parallel redundant system and a plurality of battery packs which are connected in parallel, and each battery pack comprises a battery module, a power distribution box, a battery control unit and a battery cell monitoring system; the low-voltage connectors are arranged on the battery packs; wherein each distribution box serves as a main loop part of a single battery pack and is provided with a main fuse, a pre-charging loop, a double-main-loop relay and a current sensor; the high-voltage output of each distribution box is output through a complete machine end busbar; a relay of the pre-charging loop and a relay of the double-main loop are led out to a low-voltage interface of the distribution box and are gathered to an external CAN bus of the distribution box, and each relay is controlled to be opened and closed through a flight control controller. Therefore, the scene of power loss in the flight process caused by single-point failure of the aircraft is avoided.

    本发明提出了电动垂直起降飞机的多包并联电池系统架构及其控制方法,包括多电池包并联冗余系统,多个电池包并联而成,每个电池包包括电池模组、配电盒、电池控制单元以及电芯监控系统;低压连接器,设于每个电池包上;其中,每个配电盒作为单个电池包的主回路部分,均设有主保险丝、预充回路、双主回路继电器以及电流传感器;每个配电盒的高压输出通过整机端汇流排输出;预充回路的继电器和双主回路继电器均引出到配电盒的低压接口处并汇总至配电盒的外部CAN总线,通过飞控控制器控制每个继电器的断开和闭合。从而避免了飞行器因为单点失效而导致飞行过程动力丢失的场景。
