The invention discloses a charging control method for a multi-pack parallel battery power system, and the method comprises the following steps: the battery power system comprises a plurality of battery pack assemblies, and each battery pack assembly comprises a battery pack and a two-layer BCU controller; during charging, the battery pack is connected with an international charging pile through a charging circuit, the charging circuit is provided with an on-off control module, and the charging circuit is in communication interaction with the international charging pile through a first-layer BCU controller; after the first-layer BCU controller completes charging handshake with the international charging pile, state detection is carried out on the battery pack through the second-layer BCU controller; and when the state detection result of the second-layer BCU controller on the battery pack is'fault-free ', the second-layer BCU controller sends the detection result to the first-layer BCU controller, the first-layer BCU controller sends an instruction of'charging permission' to the battery pack assembly, and the international charging pile charges the battery pack. According to the invention, the charging speed of the battery power system is greatly improved, the overall charging time is shortened, and the charging efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种针对多包并联电池动力系统的充电控制方法,方法如下:电池动力系统包括若干个电池包总成,电池包总成包括电池包和二层BCU控制器;充电时,电池包通过充电线路与国际充电桩连接,充电线路上设有通断控制模块,通过一层BCU控制器与国际充电桩进行通信交互;当一层BCU控制器与国际充电桩完成充电握手后,通过二层BCU控制器对电池包进行状态检测;当二层BCU控制器对电池包的状态检测结果为“无故障”时,二层BCU控制器将检测结果发送给一层BCU控制器,一层BCU控制器向电池包总成发出“充电允许”的指令,国际充电桩对电池包进行充电。本发明大大提高了对电池动力系统的充电速度,缩短的整体充电时间,提升了充电效率。
