The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic information, and discloses an MPC-based highway hard shoulder dynamic open decision-making method, which comprises the following steps of: S1, calibrating lane-level METANET basic model parameters by utilizing historical traffic flow data of a controlled road section and upstream and downstream thereof, collecting real-time traffic data, and calculating the traffic flow data of the controlled road section; based on the calibrated lane-level METANET basic model, traffic flow, density and speed of a controlled road section and upstream and downstream thereof are predicted; s2, analyzing the real-time condition of a road according to the prediction results of the traffic flow, density and speed in the step S1, determining the condition of a hard road shoulder, and judging whether the hard road shoulder needs to be opened or not; s3, establishing a hard shoulder dynamic opening control system model, and optimizing the opening time and the opening duration of the hard shoulder; and S4, issuing hard road shoulder dynamic management and control decision information. According to the method, the efficiency constraint and the safety constraint are considered, the passing efficiency and the passing safety income are balanced, opening and closing of the hard road shoulder can be flexibly controlled, and good adaptability and real-time performance are achieved.

    本发明属于智能交通信息技术领域,公开了一种基于MPC的高速公路硬路肩动态开放决策方法,包括:S1.利用管控路段及其上下游的历史交通流数据标定车道级METANET基本模型参数,采集实时交通数据,基于标定后的车道级METANET基本模型预测管控路段及其上下游的交通流量、密度和速度;S2.根据步骤S1交通流流量、密度和速度的预测结果,分析道路实时状况,确定硬路肩的情况,判断硬路肩是否需要开启;S3.建立硬路肩动态开放控制系统模型,优化硬路肩的开启时机与开启时长;S4.发布硬路肩动态管控决策信息。本发明考虑了效率性约束与安全性约束,平衡了通行效率与通行安全收益,可以灵活控制硬路肩的开启与关闭,具有良好的适应性与实时性。
