The invention relates to the field of steel truss construction, in particular to a steel truss piece lifting and turning-over method which comprises the following steps that S1, a steel truss is placed on a jig frame, a turning-over device is arranged at one end of the steel truss and comprises a base, a plurality of limiting mechanisms are arranged on the base side by side, and each limiting mechanism comprises a supporting frame; a turnover rotating wheel capable of rotating is arranged on the supporting frame, two supporting faces are arranged on the turnover rotating wheel, a notch groove is formed by the two supporting faces, and the two supporting faces support the bottom face and the end face of the steel truss respectively; and S2, the other end of the steel truss is connected with a lifting mechanism, the steel truss is driven by the lifting mechanism to be turned upwards, and the turning-over rotating wheel rotates along with the posture of the steel truss in the turning-over process. In the overturning process, the overturning rotating wheel can rotate along with the posture of the steel truss, and friction between the inner wall of the notch groove and the steel truss is reduced.

    本发明涉及钢桁架施工领域,具体涉及一种钢桁架桁片起吊翻身方法,包括如下步骤:S1:将钢桁架置于胎架上,在钢桁架一端设置翻身装置,所述翻身装置包括基座,基座上并排设置有若干个限位机构,所述限位机构包括支撑架,所述支撑架上设置有可以转动的翻身转轮,所述翻身转轮上设置有两个支撑面,两个所述支撑面形成缺口槽,两个所述支撑面分别支撑钢桁架的底面和端面;S2:将钢桁架另一端与提升机构连接,通过提升机构带动钢桁架向上翻起,翻起过程中翻身转轮随着钢桁架姿态发生转动。在翻身过程中翻身转轮能够跟随钢桁架的姿态进行转动,减小缺口槽内壁与钢桁架之间的摩擦。
