The invention relates to a lifting method of a step-type steel truss. The lifting method comprises the following steps that the step-type steel truss is assembled on the ground below an installation position; lifting hanging points are arranged at the two opposite sides of the top of the step-type steel truss; reinforcing vertical rods which penetrate through all the structural layers of the step-type steel truss and are connected with all the structural layers are arranged at the positions, close to the arranged lifting hanging points, of the step-type steel truss; inclined struts are arranged on the reinforcing vertical rods, and the inclined struts are supported at the bottoms of the lifting hanging points; and lifting anchorage devices are arranged at the lifting hanging points, the lifting anchorage devices are used for being connected with lifting equipment, and the step-type steel truss is integrally lifted to the installation position so that installation of the step-type steel truss can be completed. According to the lifting method, the step-type steel truss is integrally lifted in place at a time, the reinforcing vertical rods are arranged, the acting force of the lifting hanging points can be downwards transmitted to all structural layers, and the overall stability of the step-type steel truss in the lifting process is ensured.
本发明涉及一种阶梯型钢桁架的提升方法,包括如下步骤:于安装位置的下方地面处拼装形成阶梯型钢桁架;于阶梯型钢桁架顶部的相对两侧布设提升吊点;于阶梯型钢桁架上靠近所设置的提升吊点的位置处设置贯穿阶梯型钢桁架各结构层并与各结构层均连接的加固立杆;于加固立杆上设置斜撑,并将斜撑顶撑于提升吊点的底部;于提升吊点处设置提升锚具,利用提升锚具连接提升设备并将阶梯型钢桁架整体提升至安装位置处以完成阶梯型钢桁架的安装。本发明的提升方法实现了阶梯型钢桁架的一次性整体提升到位,设置加固立杆,能够将提升吊点的作用力向下传递给各个结构层,确保提升过程中阶梯型钢桁架的整体稳定性。
