The two L-shaped hanging plates are matched to be used for hanging the frame shaped like the Chinese character'hui 'on a ring beam, the frame shaped like the Chinese character'hui' is provided with an installation hole used for assembling a chain hoist, and the frame shaped like the Chinese character'hui 'comprises a concave plate and a fixing plate. A concave plate in each anchoring mechanism is arranged on one side of a stand column, the concave plate is moved, the stand column is arranged in a receding area of the concave plate, then a fixing plate is installed at an opening of the concave plate through a fixing assembly, the stand column is limited in the receding area, and a concentric-square-shaped frame is hung on a ring beam through two L-shaped hanging plates. Due to the fact that the multiple sets of anchoring mechanisms are arranged, the main pipeline can be hoisted to the position under the steam generator to be assembled and welded, time and labor are saved, and efficiency is high.
本发明涉及核电工程技术领域,具体涉及一种抱箍型吊装锚固装置,其包括多组锚固机构,每组所述锚固机构均包括回型框和两个L型挂板,两个所述L型挂板对称安装在所述回型框的两侧,两个所述L型挂板配合用于将所述回型框悬挂在环梁上,所述回型框上设有用于装配链条葫芦的安装孔,所述回型框包括凹形板和固定板。该发明通过将每组锚固机构中的凹形板置于一个立柱的一侧,移动凹形板,将该立柱置于凹形板的让位区内,再通过固定组件将固定板安装在凹形板的开口处,将立柱限位在让位区内,通过两个L型挂板将回型框悬挂在环梁上,由于设置多组锚固机构,因此,能够将主管道吊装到蒸汽发生器的正下方进行组对和焊接,省时省力效率高。
