本发明一种管道吊装用抱箍组件及吊装方法,包含有弧形结构的抱箍上体,抱箍上体的两端铰接的抱箍侧体均为弧形结构,抱箍上体的顶部设置有吊耳;所述吊装方法的步骤为:S1,利用穿过连接销轴吊带或绳索,将由抱箍上体和抱箍侧体构成的抱箍组件固定于管道上;S2,吊机通过吊耳起吊经由抱箍组件固定的管道至工位;S3,利用导向定位管和导向定位槽与前后相邻管道对准;S4,解下吊带或绳索拆卸下抱箍组件。本发明的抱箍组件在管道施工到位后不会被管道所压,因此其在解锁后可方便的回收进行下一轮施工,从而极大的提高了施工效率。同时,在吊装施工过程中即可实现相邻两节管道的定位调整。
