The invention provides a high lift augmentation device which comprises a wing, a trailing edge inner side flaperon and a trailing edge outer side flaperon, and the trailing edge inner side flaperon and the trailing edge outer side flaperon are arranged in series and distributed at wing trailing edge spanwise positions on the two sides of the axis of an aircraft fuselage. The front end of the trailing edge inner side flaperon and the front end of the trailing edge outer side flaperon are both connected with the wing, and the trailing edge inner side flaperon and the trailing edge outer side flaperon can deflect relative to the wing. When the high lift augmentation device is used for providing high lift force, the trailing edge inner side flaperon and the trailing edge outer side flaperon on the two sides of the wing deflect downwards to a first angle at the same time; when the high lift augmentation device serves as a rolling operation surface, the trailing edge inner side flaperon and the trailing edge outer side flaperon on one side of the wing simultaneously deflect upwards to a second angle, and the trailing edge inner side flaperon and the trailing edge outer side flaperon on the other side of the wing simultaneously deflect downwards to a third angle.
