本公开提供了一种增强型门环结构及其加工方法和车辆,增强型门环结构的加工方法包括:获取增强型门环结构各个部位的强度需求,选用不同厚度的板料进行轧制及落料,分别得到门环结构各个部位的不等厚料片,包括侧围上边梁料片、侧围B柱上料片、侧围B柱下铰链料片、侧围前门槛料片以及侧围A柱铰链柱料片;将各个不等厚料片依次放在工作台上,在不等厚料片的底部设置支撑部调整高度,保证每相邻的两个不等厚料片相对的焊缝端面对接齐平后固定;依次激光拼接形成增强型门环结构胚料;对门环结构胚料热冲压形成一体式增强型门环结构。实现门环结构的大规模集成,减少门环结构的零部件数量和焊点,提升门环结构整体制造效率,实现整体轻量化。
