The reinforcing plate has well rigidity, the structural strength of the vehicle door and window frame can be greatly improved, the vehicle door and window frame is not prone to bending or smaller in deformation when a vehicle collides forwards, and therefore passengers in the vehicle are protected against injuries.
本发明涉及一种车门窗框加强结构及其加工方法,其中一种车门窗框加强结构包括靠近车内舱的门内板,门内板上设置有窗框,门内板的外侧设置有缓冲层,缓冲层包括加强板、弹性层以及撞击层。加强板固定在门内板远离窗框的一面,弹性层设置在加强板与撞击层之间且与加强板相互配合,撞击层由多个面积相同的陶瓷板拼接而成。弹性层在一定程度上吸收了冲击的能量,起到了减震的作用,并且使得冲击力能够均匀向加强板传导。加强板自身具有良好的刚度,能够大大提高车门窗框处的结构强度,则当汽车发生前碰时,车门窗框就不容易发生折弯或变形较小,从而保护了车内乘员免受伤害。
