The method comprises the following steps: acquiring vehicle sensing data of the electric vehicle and user behavior data of a driving user of the electric vehicle; processing the vehicle sensing data and/or the user behavior data to obtain an operation control strategy of the electric vehicle; wherein the operation control strategy comprises at least one of an automobile operation and maintenance prompting strategy, a target charging station position prompting strategy and an automobile operation mode updating strategy; and according to the automobile operation control strategy and feedback data of the driving user on the automobile operation control strategy, a target control strategy is determined, and operation control is conducted on the electric automobile based on the target control strategy. By adopting the method, the electric vehicle can be intelligently upgraded, so that the vehicle system of the electric vehicle is optimized.
