Wherein the detection mechanism performs detection based on a capacitance signal, or performs detection based on a torque signal, or performs detection based on the capacitance signal and the torque signal, the capacitance signal is a signal of a capacitance sensor in the steering wheel, and the torque signal is a signal of a torque sensor in the steering wheel. When the terminal device determines the detection mechanism for performing hand-off detection on the steering wheel, at least one of the driving state, the capacitance signal and the torque signal of the terminal device is considered, so that the detection precision of hand-off detection of the steering wheel can be improved.
