The automatic braking system controlled by the millimeter-wave radar comprises the millimeter-wave radar which is located at the front end of a vehicle and used for sensing obstacles in front of the vehicle; the intelligent controller is used for acquiring the radar data sensed by the radar data acquisition module and generating a corresponding braking strategy based on the radar data; and the vehicle control unit is in control connection with a brake system, and the vehicle control unit can be used for receiving the brake strategy and driving the brake system to execute the corresponding brake strategy. The problem that in the actual using process of an existing child electric toy car, a teenager racing car or a non-road car, an active braking scheme is lacked, and consequently collision danger is likely to be generated can be effectively solved.
