The invention belongs to the technical field of charging piles, and particularly relates to a charging pile fault detection method and system, and the method comprises the steps: connecting a charging pile with a charging vehicle, and enabling the charging pile to start charging the charging vehicle; a detection module of the charging pile judges whether a current control system of the charging pile breaks down or not according to received initial request current information and subsequent request current information sent by a charging vehicle and charging pile output current information sent by a current sensor of the charging pile. And when the current control system of the charging pile is judged to have a fault, the charging pile is controlled to cut off the connection with the charging vehicle. By adopting the charging pile fault detection method and system provided by the invention, the situation that the charging pile and the charging vehicle are damaged and even safety accidents such as equipment fire are caused due to the fact that the output current value of the charging pile cannot be quickly and accurately matched with the request current value of the charging vehicle in the charging process can be effectively avoided; and the safety guarantee of the charging process is improved.

    本发明属于充电桩技术领域,具体涉及一种充电桩故障检测方法及系统,检测方法包括连接充电桩与充电车辆,使充电桩开始对充电车辆进行充电;充电桩的检测模块根据接收到来自充电车辆发送的初始请求电流信息和后续请求电流信息,以及来自充电桩的电流传感器发送的充电桩输出电流信息,判断充电桩的电流控制系统是否发生故障,并在判定充电桩的电流控制系统发生故障时控制充电桩切断与充电车辆之间的连接。采用本发明所提供的充电桩故障检测方法及系统能够有效避免因充电过程中充电桩的输出电流值无法快速、精准的匹配充电车辆的请求电流值,而对充电桩和充电车辆造成损害,甚至造成设备起火等安全事故的情况发生,提高了充电过程的安全保障性。
